Using the Sewer Backup Cleanup Team website or telephone number means agreeing to these terms. A visitor who does not agree should stop using them. The website is meant for people with a real sewer backup or water damage need.
Honest Information
Anyone who calls should give true details about the property, the damage and their right to authorize work at that address. Making a call does not by itself approve entry, removal of materials, equipment placement or any charge. Those matters are settled with the contractor in writing.
Work Agreements
The contractor's own agreement spells out the services, the price and when payment is due. The owner should read it fully and settle questions before signing. An insurance claim is separate from that agreement and does not change its payment terms.
Ownership of Content
The text, design and other material on the website are protected by law. Visitors may view and print pages for personal use. Copying them for another business or republishing them needs written permission, unless the law allows it.
Prohibited Use
Visitors must not make false calls, harass staff or contractors, send harmful code or try to disrupt the website. Automated dialing and similar abuse of the phone number are not allowed. Other laws may add duties for people using the service.
Third-Party Material and Updates
Material from other publishers, including government websites that may be mentioned, belongs to them and follows their terms. Sewer Backup Cleanup Team may change these terms at any time. Continued use after a change means the updated terms apply.
